1 Introduction & Definitions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the Bangawin platform and all associated services. Bangawin is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform built specifically for users in Bangladesh.

In these terms, "Platform" refers to Bangawin's website, mobile application, and related services. "Member" refers to anyone who has registered an account. "Bet" refers to any prediction or wagering of funds at risk.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To open an account and use any service on Bangawin, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be a legal citizen or resident of Bangladesh.
• You must have an active mobile number and a valid national ID.
• You must confirm that you are of sound mind and are registering voluntarily.
• Opening more than one account under the same identity is strictly prohibited.

2.1 Registration Process

During registration, you must provide your full name, mobile number, date of birth, and ID number. Bangawin reserves the right to verify this information at any time. Providing false details will result in account termination.

2.2 KYC Verification

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory before withdrawing above a certain amount. You will need to submit a scanned copy of your National ID or passport. Withdrawals may be on hold until verification is complete.

3 Account Management

You are solely responsible for the security of your Bangawin account. Never share your login credentials with anyone. If you notice any unusual activity on your account, contact support immediately.

• Change your password regularly and always use a strong password.
• Avoid logging in over public Wi-Fi.
• Keep two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled at all times.
• Do not allow anyone else to access or use your account.

3.1 Account Suspension & Termination

Bangawin reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a member's account for any of the following reasons: providing false information, violating the terms, fraudulent or deceptive activity, operating an account on behalf of a minor, or engaging in any unlawful conduct.

3.2 Inactive Accounts

An account will be declared inactive after 12 consecutive months of no activity. A monthly maintenance fee of ৳100 may be deducted from inactive accounts. Once the account balance reaches zero, the account will be closed automatically.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Bangawin accepts payments via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, VISA, Mastercard, and cryptocurrency. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100.
• Maximum daily deposit limit: ৳5,00,000.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5–10 minutes.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳2,00,000.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 10–30 minutes.
• KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in your own name.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Bangawin offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms, which are clearly stated in the offer description.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive up to a 100% bonus on their first deposit. To use this bonus, you must wager at least 10x the deposit amount (wagering requirement). If the wagering requirement is not completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus, the bonus will be forfeited.

5.2 Reload & Loyalty Bonus

6 Betting Rules

• Maximum single bet: varies by event and market.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

6.1 Live Betting

Odds in live betting change in real time. If odds change after you click the "Place Bet" button, Bangawin reserves the right to confirm the bet at the updated odds or cancel the bet entirely. You will be notified immediately in either case.

6.2 Betting Results & Disputes

If you have a dispute regarding a betting outcome, please contact our support team. Bangawin's decision shall be considered final. However, we commit to investigating every dispute impartially.

7 Lottery & Jackpot

Bangawin's Lottery section holds three draws every day. All draws are fully operated by an RNG (Random Number Generator) system, independently audited by a third party.

• Lottery ticket prices vary per draw.
• A single member may purchase a maximum of 100 tickets per draw.
• Prizes must be claimed within 72 hours of the announcement.
• Jackpot prizes will be split equally among multiple winners.

7.1 Draw Cancellation

If a draw is cancelled due to a technical issue or any other reason, full refunds will be issued for all tickets. Members must purchase new tickets to participate in the next draw.

8 Prohibited Activities

• Using artificial intelligence, bots, or automated software to place bets.

• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Using the Platform for money laundering purposes.
• Exploiting technical glitches or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive behaviour towards other members.

9 Responsible Gaming

12 Amendments & Termination
